Hello,
I'm back, the revealer of rogue cops and their unfair tactics. In addition, I have also dedicated myself to public law education so that citizens may know how different law enforcement agencies operate, what are their powers, and what are their jurisdictional areas.
First the FBI.
The FBI is a federal mandated agency dedicated to revealing and prosecuting all crimes committed in the United States, whether foreign or domestic. What this means in reality is that the FBI can arrest you for any crime in the United States, no matter what it is. It can be terrorist related, or even a traffic violation. Of course the Federal Bureau of Investigation is not worried about you speeding, but they do in fact have the power to stop and cite you. If you are engaged in serious violations of the law such as drug dealing on a massive scale, interstate crimes of stolen goods, weapons buying, major fraud in an institution and by an institution, and any heavy duty crimes, you can expect to received a visit from them. They have the full power of the federal government behind them. They are however citizens just like you and I, and they must have probably cause like any other law enforcement agency.
The State Police.
The State Police of your state is an officer who has the powers to regulate and control crime anywhere in the state he's commissioned to serve in. His powers in his state are indisputable. He is as it sounds , the State Police! Any crimes committed in his state he has the power to make arrests.
A Constable:
This persons powers is limited mostly to civil matters. In many ways, he's like a sheriff. But they can and will display their powers of arrest at times. If a constable observed you engaging in a felony, he can arrest you . His job is mostly civil in nature, but they are sworn law enforcement officers.
I try my best to keep common citizens inform about the law, as well as all the peripherals involved.
Drive safe, obey the laws, and arrive home safe.
